Cancellation Policy

 

Crave Meal Prep Co. is a weekly subscription service, meaning there is no contract or commitment. You may make any changes on a weekly basis, and/or cancel at anytime. Any and all changes are to be made prior to 5pm EST on Tuesday each week, as Wednesday is when the system will begin processing payments for the upcoming week. Any change made after the billing date would come into effect the following billing cycle.

Subscriptions

When placing your order, you are subscribing to a weekly subscription. You will continue being charged and receive meals on a weekly basis, unless you log in and/or contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. team to skip/cancel.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged each Wednesday, unless you notify us otherwise.If you'd like to skip, change your subscription or cancel, you may do so at any time prior to being charged. As mentioned above, any change made after the billing date would come into effect the following billing cycle. The Order Confirmation emails have links to our website where you can manage your subscription and/or make any of the changes mentioned.

Allergies

We follow all Food Safety Standards and Operating Procedures involving allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen. There is a section at checkout that will prompt you to include any food allergies/dietary restrictions. You can also add or update any allergies during the standard follow up call after placing your order, or by contacting the Client Relations Team during business hours.
