Crave Meal Prep Co. — Weekly Subscription & Cancellation Policy


1. How Our Weekly Plan Works

  • No contracts. Your plan renews every week, but you can skip, swap, pause, or cancel whenever you like.

  • Self-serve portal. Click “Manage Subscription” in any order-confirmation email or log in at cravemealprepco.com to make changes in the Awtomic customer portal.


2. Production & Billing Timeline

Day & Time (ET) Activity What it Means for You
Thursday — 11:59 PM (Cut-off) Last moment to edit, skip, or cancel for the upcoming week. Actions after this point apply to the following week.
Friday — 12:00 AM (Batch & Bill) Orders are automatically batched and your saved payment method is charged. You’ll see “Crave Meal Prep Co.” on your statement.
Sunday / Monday Meals are cooked, packed, and delivered or shipped (schedule varies by location). Tracking info is emailed once your box leaves our kitchen.

Missed the cut-off? Edits made after 11:59 PM Thursday—including skips or cancellations—take effect the next cycle. Partial-week refunds aren’t available once an order is in production.


3. Skips & Plan Changes

  1. Log inManage Subscription.

  2. Choose Skip Week, adjust quantity, or edit meals.

  3. Confirm before Thursday 11:59 PM ET.

  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation.


4. Cancel Anytime

  • In the portal, select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts.

  • Finish before Thursday 11:59 PM ET to stop the Friday charge.

  • If you cancel after billing, that week’s meals will still be delivered; cancellation starts the next cycle.


5. Payment & Security

  • Card data is tokenized and stored securely via Awtomic + Shopify (PCI-DSS compliant).

  • Charges occur automatically every Friday at 12:00 AM ET.


6. Allergy & Dietary Requests

We enforce strict food-safety and cross-contamination protocols.

  • During checkout: List any allergies or restrictions.

  • After ordering: Update allergies in the portal or contact Client Relations before Thursday 11:59 PM ET.

  • Severe allergy? Call us first so we can confirm safe accommodation.
