How Do I Place My First Order?

You can place your order online or by phone call.

How To Place an Order Online In 6 Easy Steps!

1. Click Start Your Subscription

2. Select how many meals you would like to receive per week. (Deliveries are completed once a week)

         - Meals are available in increments of 5 - 25 meals per week.

         - Crave Meal Prep Co. currently offers Bulk Ordering of 50+ meals per week! Click Here to submit your Bulk Order!

3. Select your protein preference which is either Regular or Double Protein 

4. Select Your Default Plan. This is the plan that we would send you if you do not choose to select your meals. 

         - Chef's Choice will be a mix of Lifestyle meals.

5. Select If You'd Like Gluten Free Doughnuts or a Weekly Sweet Treat.

6. Add all applicable items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will enter your contact information, delivery method and form of payment. Click "Pay Now" to complete your order!

Once your order is processed, you will have the option to select your meal selections

Is There A Contract Or Minimum Subscription At Sign up?

Signing up for Crave Meal Prep Co. is completely commitment free! Our service bills weekly, however upcoming orders can be skipped or cancelled by contacting customer service  or made through the customer portal prior to Friday at 5:00 pm EST. Otherwise, customers will be automatically billed for their plans each Thursday.

Why Can't I Access My Account?

After placing your first order, you will receive an activation email.  This activation email will have you set up a password and will link your orders to your account.  If this activation email is not completed, when you try to log in, the system will say you do not have an account.  Please request for us to resend the activation email if you are having trouble logging in. 

I Just Signed Up! When Will I Get My First Order!?

This will depend on the date that you placed your first order as well as the plan that you chose.  Any order made on or prior to Thursday, will be guaranteed to start the upcoming week (Monday for Pick Up, Sunday for Home Delivery).  After Thursday is a 'first come, first serve' basis.  Once you place your order, you will be prompted to select your starting week, make your meal selections.

What If I Have a Food Allergy?

We follow all Food Safety Standards and Operating Procedures involving allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen.

If there is a severe allergy, please call us and we will see if we can accommodate your needs. 

Do You Check My Meal Selections For My Allergies?

No. If you are selecting your meals, the team will not reference your allergy notes. Please ensure that you are selecting meals that do not contain your allergies as we will send you what you select.

Allergy notes are only used if you do not select your meals. If you do not select your meals, you will be sent an assortment of meals that do not contain your allergies.

How Does The Menu Work?

We have up to 20 different meals (Breakfast, Chicken, Turkey Beef, Premium) Menu rotations depends on whichever meal is the worst performing. We will take that meal off the menu and add at least one new meal per week. 

What Is The Least Number Of Meal I Can Get Per Week?

The lowest amount of meals per week is 5 entrees.  You are able to select 5 meals per week.  You will receive all of your meals in a single delivery.

Other amounts of meals per week may be available, so if you are interested in a specific number of meals per week, just contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. team and we can let you know what options are available!

How Does Your Billing Cycle Work?

Since we are a weekly meal subscription service, the system sets you up for recurring payments. This means that you will be billed automatically, in advance on Thursday of each week, for the upcoming week of meals. 

If you would like to make any sort of adjustment to your account (Skipping an order, adjusting your meal plan, selecting your meals, or cancelling), please notify the team by our weekly deadline, which is Friday at 5:00 pm EST. This will ensure that your account can be adjusted accordingly.

*Please note that modifications (e.g. skipping a week, cancelling, meal quantity adjustments, etc.) cannot be made to existing orders that have already processed in our system*

Am I Able To Skip A Week Of Meals?

Yes! Although we are a weekly subscription service.. there is no contract! If you need to skip a week (or more) of meals, follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Log into your account

Step 2 - Go to Upcoming Orders

Step 3 - Find the payment date for the week that you are wanting to skip. Keep in mind, you are charged on Wednesday for the upcoming week.

Step 4 - Click 'Skip This Week' and that's it! 

We will automatically have you back on for your next scheduled payment date. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions!

Are The Meals Already Prepared & How Do I Heat The Meal?

Yes!  The meals are already prepared and portioned, so all that's required from you is to heat and enjoy!  Each meal has heating instructions displayed on their label. The containers are microwave safe so you don't need to separate items  prior to heating.  Although we recommend some items to be heated in the oven or air fryer, the actual container itself is NOT oven safe.

Can I Freeze The Meals?

We don’t recommend freezing our meals; Since the meals are already prepared when you receive them, the quality of the entree isn't as delicious as if they were to be consumed by their designated ‘Best By'.  If you notice that you have an excess of meals, feel free to skip a week (or two) in order to catch up on what you currently have.

I Forgot To Skip an Upcoming Order and I Was Charged. Can I Get a Refund?

Please contact the team immediately and we will do our best to assist you! You can reach us by submitting a Contact Us Form. Contact Us Forms are responded to during business hours by our team, so please keep an eye out for our reply!

There is an Error With My Order. Now What?

We are human and sometimes mistakes do happen. If there is an error with your order, please contact the team directly as soon as possible. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue for you! Meal Questions

Can I Choose My Meals?

One of the perks of being a Crave Meal Prep Co. client, is having the flexibility and option to select your meals from any of our menus! Simply send us your meal selections prior to Friday at 5:00 pm EST. You can complete a Meal Selection form, or contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. team by phone call, text, email, to choose your meals.

The Meal Selection form can be found on our website. Here is how you can complete the meal selection form!

- Simply go to the “Check Out This Week’s Menu” page and click the green button that says, “Select Meals”.

- Click the button that says, “Select Meals for this week” This will generate the form in a new window.

- Enter your contact information, select if you are subscribed to Regular Protein or Double Protein Meals and click “Next”.

- Enter the quantity of how many of a particular meal you want to receive. Make sure you are selecting the same quantity of meals that your subscription is set for. This form is not directly linked to your account, and will not adjust your subscription automatically.

- Once you ensure that you have selected the correct quantity of meals, click “Submit”.

Can I change the amount of meals I receive each week?

Yes! Please contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. team directly, prior to Friday at 5:00 pm, to modify your upcoming order. This will ensure that your account is adjusted accordingly before billing processes on Thursday.

I selected more meals than what is on my account. What happens then?

To ensure that you are receiving your selections, and not being overcharged, please contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. team directly, prior to submitting a meal selection form.

What Are The Macros For Each Item In Your A La Carte Plan?

You can find all of the A La Carte Macros right here! All of the macros are listed when you click on the photo. 

Do I Need To Select My Meals Each Week?

No, completing a meal selection form is not a requirement. It is an opportunity for you to choose meals from any of our meal plans! We offer 20 different entrees each week, so there is always a different assortment to choose from!

What if I do not submit a meal selection form?

You will receive an assortment of the plan and quantity in which you are subscribed to.

How long do I have to select my meals for? Is there a deadline?

You will have you have 5 days to choose your meals. The Meal Selection form will remain active until the following Friday at 5:00 pm EST.

What Is The Sodium Content In Your Meals?

The average range of sodium for each meal plan is listed below:

Lifestyle: 

Double Protein - 870 mg 

Regular Protein - 655 mg

Breakfast - 570 mg

Delivery FAQ'S

What Is The Delivery Process?

We deliver to the entire state of New Jersey and Staten Island.  Our in house drivers pick up from our facility on Sunday morning, so they will arrive by the end of the day on Sunday. 

Clients using home delivery will receive two texts from one of our drivers. First text will be an ETA text. Second text will be delivery confirmation with picture proof your meals have arrived. 

All of the contents in the branded bag can be recycled.  Due to sanitation reasons, we do not need any contents of the bag back.

If you are picking up meals at any of our pick up locations, you will not receive a text. Please note, delivery to locations may vary, but meals will also we be ready for pick up on Mondays. Please contact your location with store hours. 

Do You Take The Bags Back?

Yes! Each week we ask that you leave your last weeks bag outside the night before. Our drivers will swap out the old bag with new, fresh meals. We put reminder cards in all bags, if bags are not returned after 3 attempts, we will charge your account a $15 fee. 

Where Does Crave Meal Prep Co. Deliver?

We serve and deliver the entire state of New Jersey and Staten Island.

Am I Able To Pick Up Even If I Am Not A Member Of That Location?

Yes!  As a Crave Meal Prep Co. client, you are able to pick up from any of the Local Pick Up Locations!

What Is The Minimum For Home Delivery?

The minimum for home delivery is either a 5 meals per week meal plan or $50 of A La Carte. That being said, there is no minimum when a pick up location is selected for the delivery method. If you have any questions please contact the Crave Meal Prep Co. Team. 

When Can I Pick Up My Meals at a Pick Up Location?

Meals are delivered to pick up locations over the weekend and are available on Mondays of each week during the locations' hours of operation. You will NOT receive a notification of when your meals have been delivered. As long as you have an order processed for the upcoming week, meals will be delivered to the pick up location indicated on your account.

Meals will remain in the Crave Meal Prep Co. refrigerators from Monday until Sunday. Anything remaining in the refrigerator by Sunday afternoon is removed for sanitation purposes. Please ensure that arrangements are made to retrieve meals from pick up locations by Friday afternoon, as refunds are not issued for anything remaining in the refrigerator at this time
