Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the meals are, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Allergies
We follow all Food Safety Standards and Operating Procedures involving allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen. There is a section at checkout that will prompt you to include any food allergies/dietary restrictions. You can also add or update any allergies during the standard follow up call after placing your order, or by contacting the Client Relations Team during business hours.
If you are selecting your meals, the team will not reference your allergy notes. Please ensure that you are selecting meals that do not contain your allergies as we will send you what you select. Allergy notes are only used if you do not select your meals. If you do not select your meals, you will be sent an assortment of meals that do not contain your allergies. You will need to adjust Add On Products (sweet treats / doughnuts / a la carte items) based on your allergens each week.
